"Fees popped up at the last minute"
Searching for tickets was easy enough, but the fees didn’t really show up until I was almost checking out. I thought I had one price locked in, and then suddenly it jumped, like, give me a break. It’s just annoying because it makes it hard to actually compare prices. I’d much rather see the full total earlier...

"Pretty easy to get around"
I found the Orioles game I was looking for without having to dig around much. Nice. The schedule page loaded quickly, and sorting through the different seat options felt straightforward.
The only hiccup was that I missed where the fees showed up and had to click back once. Oops. Not a big deal, but that part could be a little clearer. Overall, the site was simple enough to use

"Seat view preview was misleading"
The preview made it look like I’d have a clear view, but when I got to my seat, there was a railing blocking part of the field. That’s frustrating, because I wouldn’t have picked that spot if the view had been shown accurately. They need to be more upfront about obstructions and take responsibility when the seat view doesn’t match what’s advertised...

"They got us in, but I was sweating it"
I got the O’s tickets by email, but the barcodes looked kind of off and the venue app took forever to accept them. I even checked with customer support and they told me they were legit, but I was still nervous right up until we scanned in. Since this just happened, the stress of getting through the gate is what sticks with me most. They did work in the end, but it didn’t feel as smooth or reassuring as I would’ve liked

I was just trying to buy tickets, which you’d think would be simple, but the checkout process made it way more annoying than it needed to be. It’s fine, I guess, but definitely not the smoothest experience

I bought Orioles tickets and had them transferred to my phone without too much hassle. I usually like this kind of thing to be quick and straightforward, so I did get a little nervous when it took about 20 minutes for the email to show up. Once it came through, though, everything worked fine and I had no issues getting in at the gate.

My tickets weren’t showing up right away, which was, stressful for a bit. But they emailed me back and got everything fixed before the game, so yeah, it all ended up being fine.

I was confused by the delivery instructions, honestly. They didn’t really make sense to me, and I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing the right thing. It would’ve helped to have clearer steps or some sort of confirmation so I could feel reassured that everything was okay.

"I had to change my plans..."
I had to change my plans at the last minute and fully expected some annoying ticket drama, because apparently that’s just what life likes to do. But switching my tickets was actually super easy. I got my new Orioles tickets sorted out quickly, with no endless back-and-forth or mysterious “please wait” nonsense. it was way less stressful than I was prepared for, which was a nice surprise.

"Support replied... eventually"
I had to reach out to support about my Orioles tickets because I wasn’t totally convinced the email came through right. You know that weird feeling where the confirmation is there, but also somehow feels like it disappeared into a secret ticketing bunker?
To be fair, they did get back to me and they were polite, so I’m not saying there was a grand operation to keep me guessing. But it definitely took longer than I expected, and I had to send a follow-up before I got a clear answer. Felt a little like my message was sitting in some hidden queue nobody admits exists.
In the end, everything worked out and the tickets were fine. I just wish the response time had been quicker, because the whole thing had me side-eyeing my inbox like it was part of the problem. Not terrible, not amazing, just kind of suspiciously slow.

The checkout process was okay overall, but it felt a bit clunky. I was able to finish my order without too much trouble, though I had to stop and double-check a few things before paying. It also kind of felt like the site wasn’t really helping me through it, like I was just expected to figure it out on my own.

I tried using baltimoreoriolestickets.org to pick out seats, but the seat map wasn’t super helpful lol. It was hard to figure out where the seats actually were, and the view details were kind of unclear. I ended up feeling like I was mostly just guessing...

"Getting my tickets was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I bought Orioles tickets the day of the game, and they didn’t show up until late. I kept checking my email over and over, which totally took the fun out of it. I had made a basic request to get my tickets in time without having to chase them down, and it felt like that was just ignored. I did get in eventually, but it wasn’t worth the stress

"Mobile site felt a little clunky"
It did work in the end, but using it on my phone was kind of annoying. The buttons were a bit fiddly to tap, and I kept thinking maybe it was just my screen or my fingers or whatever, but yeah, the mobile site could definitely be smoother.

My experience with their email support wasn’t great. Sometimes it felt like I was waiting forever for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, the answers didn’t really help much. Definitely a hit or miss situation, and mine was more on the miss side.

"Pretty easy ticket experience"
I grabbed Orioles tickets here for a weekend game, and overall it was a good experience. The site was simple enough to use, and I was able to find seats without too much hassle.

The tickets showed up on time and we got into the game with no issues. The fees were a bit much, but that’s normal these days. I’d probably use Baltimore Orioles Tickets again if the price worked out.

"Checkout page made me hesitate"
I was ready to buy, but when I got to the payment page it just felt kind of sketchy and not very reassuring, so I ended up backing out because I didn’t feel comfortable typing in my card details there.
